MOVEMENT + EXPRESSIVE ARTS PROGRAMMES
The combination of movement and expressive arts can help individuals experience of a mind-body connection, empowering them to make healthy, sustainable choices for self and others.
TRAUMA SENSITIVE YOGA CLASSES (TCTSY)
TCTSY is an empirically validated, adjunctive clinical treatment trauma. Elements of standard hatha yoga are modified to maximise experiences of empowerment and to cultivate a more positive relationship to one’s body.
TRAUMA-INFORMED MINDFULNESS
Trauma-informed mindfulness invites individuals to utitlise their six senses to ground and anchor themselves to the present moment. Six senses are: sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch and proprioception.
SEMINARS ON TRAUMA-INFORMED PRACTICES
Seminars on trauma-informed practices will outline the need for all of us to co-create welcoming, caring, respectful and safer schools, workplaces and home environments for individuals to thrive in.
